The TREC Listing Consultation

During the consultation we’ll ask for a tour of the property where we will take detailed notes about the unique qualities of your home. We’ll also talk about current market conditions, timing for selling, set expectations for the process, and make sure we are a good match to work together.

Over the next few days we will take our information gathered from the initial consultation and work to create a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for your home. To do this, we review other similar properties in the area that have sold recently and compare them to your property.

Once we’ve created this CMA report, we’ll plan a time to meet or talk again to go over the report in detail to make sure the suggested market value aligns with your goals.

As a seller, there is no fee associated with the TREC Listing Consultation, nor are there any fees or costs due to TREC along the way when listing your home.

We get paid a commission, the amount of which will be discussed during the TREC Listing Consultation, based on your net proceeds at closing. We get paid when you get paid.
